2009

Asnani Exports is founded

Director Mr. Pradeep Asnani founds Asnani Exports with one goal: invent user-friendly paper disposables safe for the environment, capable of eradicating plastic from the industries that depend on it.

Twelve years spent building a reliable, reputed brand setup in the paper cup and paper bag industry — manufacturing tableware at high GSM so efficiency and quality come from one place.

Now operating as Onkar Paper Products Pvt. Ltd. from Petlad, Gujarat — serving clients across Australia, African countries, UAE, Saudi Arabia and beyond, with a full range of paper and non-woven packaging.

Manufacturing built for consistency at scale

Our production setup pairs modern flexo printing with disciplined, high-GSM material sourcing — so every batch, from a single sample run to a full container, meets the same benchmark.

India's first 3-drive flexo printing technology

Chrome anilox roller & rubber roller with S.S. ink tray and special micrometric adjustment for print sharpness — error-free printing at up to 100 MPM across a 1600mm width.

Sturdy, purpose-built structure

Machines fabricated with 35mm-thick M.S. plate sections, pneumatic-brake unwinders and a pneumo-hydraulic edge guide system for stable, repeatable output.

High-GSM material parameters

Paper bags produced at 40–300 GSM and sandwich/food papers at 16–60 GSM, so the right stock is matched to the right product — from delicate wraps to heavy-duty carriers.

Sterile, hygiene-conscious setups

Nonwoven and SMS fabric lines built for medical PPE and hygiene disposables are run under controlled, hygiene-first production conditions.
